 Click the Sign Up link and fill out the form to create an account. Once your account is created, you can enjoy membership benefits such as discounts. We can also store your information securely on our site, saving you the hassle of filling out billing and shipping information every time you place an order. 

 How to order 

 The order proceeds as follows. 

Step 1: Search for a product. 

Step 2: Add products to your shopping cart. 

Step 3: Log in with your member ID or non-member order. 

Step 4: Fill out the order form. 

Step 5: Proceed to payment. 

Step 6: Once you have placed your order, your order number will be displayed. 

 Refund 

Please allow 3-5 business days to process refunds for canceled orders. Please note that depending on the billing schedule of your credit card issuer, refunds may not be processed until the next billing month. All of our shoes are handmade and cannot be refunded once production has begun. If you wish to cancel an order, please cancel after confirming the production status.  

Delivery

 RIU & VIU shoes are all hand-made on a per-order basis by the finest craftsmen in Seongsu, Seoul. It will take 10 business days after your order to complete its production and be ready for shipping. Thank you for your understanding.  
  

Size exchange   

When ordering from the RIU & VIU online store, you can exchange one size for free. (Customer pays for shipping cost)  Only shoes worn indoors can be exchanged. When exchanging a size, you must also send all packages that were shipped together. Exchange may not be possible if worn outdoors or without accessories.
